Request a return

Use Contact Us with your order number and the item you want to return. If an item arrived damaged, defective or different from your order, tell us what happened and include photos if you can. We’ll confirm the next steps and the correct return address.

Change-of-mind returns

For orders subject to Saudi e-commerce law, you may request a return within seven days after receipt if the item is unused and no statutory exception applies. Customized items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns. Rights for defective items and items that do not match the order still apply. For eligible change-of-mind returns, you cover the return cost unless we agree otherwise or the law requires a different arrangement.

Refunds

We’ll confirm the refund and the applicable processing details once we review your request. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
